Julian Fletcher has been involved extensively in the music business over the past 26 years, as a band manager, music business advisor, event planner, music director, session musician, songwriter and live performer.He has a diverse background in several areas of the film and television industry as well, including as a filmmaker, director, documentarian, DP, designer, writer, producer, photographer, actor, among many other roles he has occupied.Julian has also been managing artist careers for over 20 years. He is a strong proponent of and a vocal advocate for mentoring every artist, especially this current generation as they move forward in understanding their 'callings' as creative persons.

Anne Fletcher started working in the entertainment business at the age of 2. Her involvement in the industry has spanned multiple areas of the field, including as an actor, singer, songwriter, director, producer, writer, casting director, dancer, president of a record label, recording artist, live music performer, music director, teacher, coach, music school founder, as well as in numerous additional capacities.She has managed several performers over the past 25 years. Anne has a heart to see new talent have the opportunity to reach for the stars, and she is always finding the gold in people.

It has a completely unique history that goes back long before the advent of the Entertainment Industry and before Hollywood ever came to be.We love this City and are proud to call it our home and to be able to pursue our Labors of Love here.In our time living and working here, we have invested great effort into learning about many facets of LA— which is known as 'Yahvit' to the native Tongva tribe, the original inhabitants of what we now call 'Los Angeles'.Our desire is to give back to this City, which has given out so much to the world.
